Shipping policy


1. General Information

  • We are committed to delivering our hemp-derived CBD products in full compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. All products sold on our website contain less than 0.3% THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized the cultivation and sale of hemp-derived CBD on the federal level. We do not sell or ship any products containing delta-8 THC.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only. However, due to state regulations, we do not ship to Idaho. All other states allow the shipment of hemp-derived CBD products that comply with federal law (containing less than 0.3% THC).
  • We will update this list as regulations change. It is your responsibility to understand your state’s regulations before placing an order for hemp-derived CBD products.

4. Age Restrictions

  • All orders must be placed by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify the age of customers before processing and fulfilling any orders. Orders placed by individuals under 21 will be canceled, and any associated costs may not be refunded.

5. Shipping Methods and Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days depending on your location.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2-3 business days for faster delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary based on shipping carrier availability and your location.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount—check our website for current offers.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ezra@ezrahelps.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or a refund.

9. State Law Compliance

  • It is your responsibility to be aware of your state’s laws before ordering. We do not ship hemp-derived CBD products to Idaho due to state regulations. If your order is placed from Idaho, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

10. Carrier Information

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

11. International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be placed within the United States.

12. Returns and Refunds

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on our return and refund policy. We generally accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

13. Compliance with Federal and State Laws

  • Our hemp-derived CBD products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which allows the sale of hemp products containing less than 0.3% THC.
