When I’m stressed, feeling jittery, am perseverating on a thought, of it I’ve even ingested too much THC, I go for my Super CBD. It’s the iconic CBD product. Start with a ¼ to ½ dropper (approx 15-30mg) and increase to 3, 5, or more droppers throughout the day (followed by water since it’s acidic on the throat.) Fun fact: Epidiolex, the FDA-Approved CBD oil effective for multiple seizure types, is prescribed at 5-25mg per kilogram of body weight per day and costs about $1000 per bottle. You’re welcome.
